At Audicap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for credits purchased through our Service.

1. Payment Processing

All payments for Audicap are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and refund requests on our behalf.

2. Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation within this period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  1. Visit paddle.net to find your purchase and select "Request Refund"
  2. Or contact Paddle support directly with your purchase details
  3. Or email us at [email protected] and we will assist you

4. Digital Product Acknowledgment

Credits purchased through Audicap are digital products that can be consumed immediately upon purchase. By purchasing and using credits, you acknowledge that:

  • Credits are digital content delivered electronically
  • Once credits are consumed (used for transcription), the service has been fully performed
  • You consent to immediate access to the purchased credits

5. Refund Processing

Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle. Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Card refunds typically take 3-5 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours
  • Any credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account
