When you sign in with Google, we collect:

• Your profile picture
• Google account identifier

1.2 Audio Data

When using our transcription service, audio data is transmitted to our secure servers for processing. Audio is processed in real-time and is not stored after transcription is complete.

1.3 Transcription Data

We store the following data to provide our services:

• Transcription history: Your transcription text, timestamps, and metadata are synced to our cloud servers for access across devices
• AI Summaries: Generated summaries are cached on our servers for quick access
• Shared content: Transcriptions you choose to share are stored temporarily (up to 90 days) on our servers

1.4 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service, including:

• Feature usage patterns
• Transcription duration
• Error logs (without personal content)

1.5 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our payment provider. We do not store your credit card information. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our service
• Process your transactions
• Manage your account and credits

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Account credentials are securely hashed
• Access to user data is strictly limited
• Regular security audits are performed

3.1 Data Retention

• Transcription history: Stored on our servers while your account is active. Recent 20 records are synced.
• Shared transcriptions: Automatically deleted after expiration (default 7 days, maximum 90 days)
• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
• Audio data: Not stored. Processed in real-time and immediately discarded.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth: For authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
• Paddle: For payment processing (Paddle Privacy Policy)
• Cloudflare: For hosting and security (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
